Graeme Cheevers, Head Chef of Martin Wishart Loch Lomond, treated our Glasgow showroom and selected guests to the most delicious cookery demo recently followed by lunch. While the guests looked on with mouths watering, Graeme cooked up a guinea fowl with wild mushrooms, gnocchi & white wine sauce followed by a banana soufflé and caramel sauce. The oohs and aahs from the guests said it all!
