The brief
North Kelvin Apartments is a stunning conversion of 29, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom luxury apartments, duplexes and triplexes.
The Shakespeare occupies the former Shakespeare Street Primary School, built in 1915. The magnificent, red sandstone building has been beautifully restored to retain the character and original features of the former schoolhouse and maximise natural light.
High-quality fixtures and finishes with contemporary open plan layouts were key elements of the brief for this development.
